Aaron is a lovable rogue finding adventure wherever he goes! He is also very sneaky.
[edit] Background and past
Aaron Monsanto grew up the son of a low level Mining administrator in a small city in Garany. Aaron never knew his mother who died when he was very young. He spent much of his youth heeding his desire for adventure and travel, exploring throughout the city and picking up various skills here and there, some of them in less than reputable parts of town. However, after his father died leaving him only a small inheritance, Aaron grudgingly decided to take an apprenticship working for the Monsanto Mining Corporation, to which his family was very distantly related.
Aaron was unsurprisingly not happy in his administrative role, feeling trapped and far too tied to one place. He relished the few occasions where the job enabled him to travel to such cities as Jarrowby, even if the actual business at hand was rather mundane. However, Aaron drudged on in the job for two years before he was offered the opportunity to go and investigate a mysterious illness in the town of Harlwight near the abandoned mines of Darklingscourse, as well as investigating whether the mines could perhaps become viable again. Aaron's boss at Monsanto, a kindly old man named Sol Borger, and an old friend of Aaron's father, recognized Aaron's wanderlust and told him that once he completed his work for The Monsanto Corporation, that he would be through with any obligations he had to his old job and would be free to pursue his own fortune. Aaron jumped at the chance for travel and excitement and quickly packed up, excitedly embarking on a life of adventure.
Recently it has been revealed to Aaron that he posses the powers of a Psion. Which implies that he may have some ancestry going back to Oaerda. Aaron has been understandably shocked by this new information but, he is beginning to get used to the idea, even as he searches for more information about what it means, and how he can use these new powers.

Aaron wasn't raised with any particularly strong religious feelings, however, after joining up with a group of followers of Enlil, and being offered a job working as a freelancer for the Church, Aaron is finding the God of Travelers to be more and more intriguing.
