Beer Rotation

Here we keep track of who has gotten beer most recently. As people bring beer their name will be added to the bottom of the list so we can easily keep track of who is up next, and can hopefully easily keep track when people "trade" their spots in the rotation due whatever circumstances make that necessary from time to time.
