Mneclev Oestarxitachs

Mneclev's headless scaly body was found by the adventurers in a kitchen within the Darklingscourse mine. What was he doing there? Where was his head? Why was there no blood on the floor? Only later did the party find slips of paper demanding Mneclev's head as well as "the bauble" which is now assumed to be the Daarek Orb, and only later still did Julian tell the party that the body they found was Mneclev.
According to Julian, Mneclev was a half-dragon who, along with his brother, Olev have something to do with a cult of Enroch. Julian told the party that In His Shadow, believed by most to be a gang loyal to Omil, is actually under Olev's control.
Mneclev and Olev's family name is Oestarxitachs.

Mneclev is referenced in several journal entries recovered from the hidden study of Vormel Hackerow. He appears to have established himself as some kind of contact between the elf mage and In His Shadow, and was ultimately responsible for blinding Vormel permanently.
