The Serryic Knights are a group from Serriyam who formed as an organized freedom fighting force against the oppressive governor Omil. A faction of the Knights followed Omil to the northern continent to either keep him from obtaining the Daarek Orb or eliminate him altogether. Solomon was a part of this group, and was deployed by them to track Omil separately with Liesl, Laucian, and Aaron.

Later, the band met up with Jacob Applebottom, another Serryic Knight, who informed them of Serriyam's post-Omil unrest and its occupation by Horace Ungerholt. He helped them gather information to rescue Yarin Thornwood, another Knight, in an attempt to thwart Ungerholt's conquest and save Serriyam. Most of the other Knights remain in Serriyam as a resistance force against Ungerholt.

Laucian once offended Darius, one of the Knights' leaders, with the snide observation, "They aren't very good freedom fighters."
