Yarin Thornwood

Yarin Thornwood (A.K.A. "Yarin Talbott," A.K.A. "Yorick Thrushweed") was traveling companion to Jacob Applebottom on official business of the Serryic Knights to Laneet. While investigating, he was trapped by Janus Ungerholt's men and kept imprisoned until the party broke him out.

He does not seem to have much skill with martial weapons, but he has already proved that he is deadly with a light crossbow. He also knows a bit about locks, but deferred to Aaron when it came time to pick one.

Yarin also seems to be a pretty good negotiator, as the party learned when he bribed Laneet Manor guards Sonya and her silent companion mid-combat.

Yarin headed into the city of Serriyam with the party's horses while the party entered through the secret passage into the Academy of the Arcane Arts. He later met up with them at the headquarters for the Serryic Knights, returning their horses and excess gear. He expressed enthusiasm at restoring Serriyam and reuniting with Jacob Applebottom.
